Basic requirement

Education : Diploma /Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience : Work Experience of minimum 3 to 4 years in punching machine programming with Amada AP-100 Software or equivalent Software in Sheet Metal Industry.

CTC : Up to Rs. 25,000/- per month based on the merit of the candidate

Place : Manufacturing unit at Asoj, Vadodara Halol Expressway, Gujarat

(Opposite Decent Hotel)

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Working Hours : 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Leaves : as per Factory Acts

Other Professional Requirements & Traits

Understanding of

sheet metal fabrication processes

(shearing, punching, bending, etc.).

Knowledge of

tool selection, turret layout, material selection, punch and die clearance selection

.

Ability to read and interpret

mechanical drawings

.

Basic knowledge of die clearance

Computer skills with experience of Microsoft (MS) Office like Word, Excel, Power Point etc.

Ability to recognize problems, recommend and implement solutions.

Good written, oral, interpersonal and group communications skills.

Honest & Hard working

Stability with Minimum fluctuation record in Employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Optimized CNC programs for

Amada turret punching machines

as per design drawings and production requirements. Review engineering drawings (DXF, DWG, PDF) and convert them into punching programs. Preparing Nesting plan with minimum scrap quantity.. Optimize

tool selection, tool path, and nesting layouts

to reduce material wastage and improve cycle time. Maintain program library and update records for revisions and changes.
