is one of the leading manufacturer for Commercial Kitchen Equipment's, & looking for experienced and professional CNC PROGRAMMER - TURRET PUNCHING / LASER MACHINE for our Commercial Kitchen Equipment Part Processes Department.

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Create, modify, and maintain effective programs for CNC turret punch & laser cutting equipment. Design CNC programs to maximize material yields and equipment efficiency
.

Acquire standard and custom tools for turret punches and brake press equipment.

Provide accurate setup documentation for turret press operators
.

Assist Design Engineers in the development of new designs and prototypes.

Inspect parts using hand tools, micrometer, and calipers Effectivelyinterface with engineers, designers, technicians, manufacturing engineers, and suppliers to meet project commitments Assist Manufacturing Engineers in resolving quality issues and mistake proofing opportunities Generate ECOs as needed.

Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in Safety Programs, initiatives, and investigations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Ability to interpret standards, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc.; mechanical aptitude Effective project planning and execution skills; ability to multi-task and manage several projects at once Must possess high level of enthusiasm, strong integrity, keen customer service, excellent organizational skills and excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills Be detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to function in a deadline driven environment Ability to read, write and speak English fluently Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation or government law Computer literate (MS Office, e-mail, etc.)
