Key Responsibilities

Laser Cutting Operator

1. Operate laser cutting machine safely and efficiently as per the daily production plan.

2. Load and unload sheets/plates onto the machine bed carefully.

3. Set basic machine parameters - cutting speed, gas pressure, focus position.

4. Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.

5. Measure and inspect cut parts using calipers, tape, and gauges.

6. Maintain machine cleanliness and assist in minor troubleshooting.

7. Monitor nozzle condition, clean lenses, and support routine maintenance activities.

CNC Programmer (Full Knowledge)

1. Prepare, verify, and optimize CNC programs using CAM software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks CAM, etc.).

2. Select appropriate tools, offsets, feed rates, and spindle speeds based on material.

3. Perform complete machine setup including work offsets, tool setting, and program verification.

4. Modify existing CNC programs to improve productivity and reduce errors.

5. Analyze drawings / 2D / 3D models to plan cutting sequences and nesting.

6. Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow.

7. Troubleshoot programming and machine execution issues on the shop floor.

8. Maintain documentation of programs, tool data, and revision history.

Qualifications & Skills Required

1. Diploma / ITI / relevant technical field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years in laser cutting and CNC operation/programming.

3. Basic understanding of fabrication, sheet metal, and machining processes.

4. Familiarity with G-Code, M-Code, and CAM/CAD systems.

5. Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.

6. Knowledge of MS, SS, Aluminum materials and their cutting parameters.

7. Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
