Key Responsibilities:

Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for

CNC Turning Machines (Fanuc

/Siemens/

Controller)

etc., Perform

manual programming

directly on the machine control as required. Work on

CAM software

such as

Master cam

and

Solid cam

for tool path generation and program validation. Conduct dry runs, tool offset adjustments, and first-piece inspections. Improve machining cycle time, tool life, and part quality. Collaborate with setters, operators, and production team to achieve daily output targets. Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to quality standards. Identify and resolve any machining or programming issues on the shop floor. Familiar with complete Operation and manufacturing process also able to handle team independently. Troubleshooting issues during the manufacturing process. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. Cleaning and maintaining the machine. Training new staff on machine operation procedures.

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹40,800.00 per month
