Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Mechanical)

Experience: 4 to 6 Years Experience in Automobile industry only

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in CNC programming and machining operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create and modify CNC programs for various machining operations using CAD/CAM software.

2. Set up and operate CNC machines including lathes, mills, and machining centers.

3. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for automobile components.

4. Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters for optimal production.

5. Perform quality checks and ensure parts meet dimensional and surface finish requirements.

6. Troubleshoot programming issues and optimize machining processes for efficiency.

7. Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tool lists, and setup procedures.

8. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues.

9. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment.

10. Continuously improve processes to reduce cycle times and enhance product quality.
