Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for gemstone cutting and manufacturing processes.

Handle 3rd, 4th, and 5th axis CNC programming to achieve high-precision gemstone production.

Operate CNC machines and supervise daily machining activities to ensure smooth production flow.

Manage production planning, machine utilization, and manpower allocation within the CNC department.

Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in gemstone machining as per design and production standards.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.

CAD Experience (Minimum 1 Year):

Rhino

SolidWorks

CAM Software Experience:

Mastercam

PowerMill

ZD

ArtCAM

Convaco

Machine Operating Experience: Minimum 2 years in CNC machine operation.

Programming Experience: Minimum 2 years in 3rd, 4th, and 5th axis programming.

Production & Manpower Handling: Minimum 1 year of experience in production management and team handling.

Prior experience in gemstone or jewellery manufacturing will be a strong advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
