Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

CNC Programmer

to join our production team in

VKI, Jaipur

. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of CNC machines, tooling, and G-code programming. You will be responsible for creating and modifying CNC programs to support production targets and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and edit basic CNC programs (G-code/M-code) for turning/milling machines. Operate CNC machines as required and perform program trials. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Select appropriate tools, cutting parameters, and machining processes. Perform basic machine setups and tool offsets. Monitor machine operations and inspect finished parts using basic measuring instruments. Work with the production and quality teams to resolve issues. Maintain proper documentation of programs and machine logs. Adhere to safety and quality standards during all operations.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in CNC programming and operation. Basic knowledge of CNC controls (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas preferred). Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools like vernier, micrometer, etc. Understanding of shop-floor safety practices. Willing to work in shifts if required.

Preferred:

Familiarity with basic CAD/CAM software (optional). Exposure to production environments in automotive or metal industry.
