Job Description

We are hiring an experienced

CNC Programmer

for programming, setting, and operating CNC machines to produce fastener and precision components as per drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate must bring along

his own team of 5-6 CNC operators

at the time of joining.

Prepare and edit CNC programs as per engineering drawings

Set and operate CNC Turning / Milling machines

Read and understand technical drawings and specifications

Select proper tools, offsets, and cutting parameters

Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish

Coordinate with Production and Quality teams

Maintain CNC programs and machine-related records

Requirements

Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering

3-5 years' experience as CNC Programmer

Good knowledge of G-code and machining processes

Experience in fastener / precision component manufacturing

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
