Job Description

Strong knowledge of reading technical drawings to set up machines based on specification CNC/VMC Machine setting, programming & new part development Use Mastercam /2d programming to develop the parts. Coordinate with purchasing manager to maintain inventory of raw materials and tools. Implement routine machine maintenance checklist and focus on preventive maintenance. Complete quality control during the machine's manufacturing stage and on the final product. Adjust and verify machine settings to desired product specification. Troubleshoot issues with the machine during the instructional design process. Train new staff members on machine operation procedures. Completing quality control tests during the manufacturing stage and on the final product. Cleaning and maintaining the machine. Proficiency in 3D printing, robotics, and automation Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and lift heavy objects Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
