prepare CNC programs & Machine setup.
Assign weekly operators shift as per requirement.
Prepare daily production plan, machine utilisation and other related reports.
Maintain route card & heat number traceability.
Marking machine, and CNC/VMC Machine setting and programming of job/ product.
Perform minor maintenance job of machine if needed.
Follow up production target as per current work order.
Assembly and testing in consultation with Production Engineer.
To ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety.
Assist to Production Engineer and Manager.
Enforce health and safety precautions.
