Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for various machines Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and 3D models. Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feeds based on material and design. Set up test runs and adjust programs as needed to ensure quality and accuracy. Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality control to troubleshoot issues. Ensure all CNC programs meet safety and quality standards. Maintain and update CNC programming documentation and files. Continuously seek ways to improve machining processes, reduce cycle times, and increase efficiency. Assist in machine setup and operation when necessary.
