1. Responsible for preparation of CNC Lathe programs for High precision components. 2. Responsible for preparation of CNC Mill programs for Vertical and Horizontal machines 3. Responsible for selection of ideal cutting tools, analyse and select rpm, feed rates and cutting strategies based on raw material 4. Work independently from programming preparation to finished components 5. Design, read, understand and interpret mechanical 3D Cad, 2D drawings and GD&T 6. Write programs and Modify existing ones for increased efficiency 7. Create instructions for machinists 8. Ability to work independently with a focus on quality and timeline 9. Provide cycle time estimation for quotation purpose 10. Complete and maintain the program files and update as necessary 11. Maintain communication with production engineers, quality engineers and other personnel 12. Must be skilled in MasterCam software 13. Must have good written, verbal skills, ability to communicate with different teams & geographical regions 14. Work with less supervision, highly motivated self-starter, must be reliable, innovative & committed 15. Knowledge of ASME standards (Imperial inches) and machining practices.
