Key Responsibili?es:

? Prepare CNC programs for daily produc?on (CNC Spinning and other CNC machines)

? Develop new Part Products On CNC machines.

? Op?mize exis?ng programs to improve cycle ?me, quality, and tool life.

? Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and prove-out programs on the shop floor.

? Supervise CNC operators and ensure smooth daily produc?on ac?vi?es.

? Monitor produc?on targets, machine u?liza?on, and down?me.

? Ensure component quality as per drawings and specifica?ons.

? Coordinate with Produc?on, Quality, and Maintenance teams.

? Maintain proper documenta?on of programs, tooling, and process sheets.

? Ensure adherence to safety standards and shop-floor discipline.

Required Skills & Qualifica?ons:

? Strong knowledge of CNC programming (G-code / M-code).

? Hands-on experience in CNC Spinning machines (preferred).

? Experience in CNC turning / milling machines is an added advantage.

? Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

? Knowledge of cu?ng tools, tooling selec?on, and machining parameters.

? Basic understanding of quality control instruments.

? Leadership skills to manage and guide CNC operators.

? Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or relevant field.

Preferred A?ributes:

? Experience in sheet metal or utensil manufacturing is a plus.

? Problem-solving mindset with focus on produc?vity improvement.

? Willingness to work in a produc?on-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
