Key Responsibilities:
Operate CNC machines - Turning Centre (siemens ) / HMC (siemens ) / VMC (siemens ) / VTL (FANUC)
Load programs, set tools, and adjust offsets as per job requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, etc.).
Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per specifications.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Report production status and quality issues to the supervisor.
