Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer and Setter to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This role is integral to our operations, requiring a candidate who is proficient in programming, setting up, and troubleshooting CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications, coupled with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Program CNC machines according to detailed specifications and technical drawings. Set up and calibrate machines to prepare for production runs. Monitor machine operations and performance to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and programs as they arise. Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on CNC equipment. Train and mentor junior staff on CNC programming and machine set-up. Maintain accurate records of production output, machine operations, and any issues encountered.

Requirements

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer and Setter in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CNC programming software and controls (e.g., G-code). Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications. Ability to set up and operate various types of CNC machinery (milling, turning, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of machining processes and materials. Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred at least a 5 Years of Experience
