Overall Purpose
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery to produce high-precision components for aeronautic applications. This role involves strong technical skills and attention to detail to ensure that all parts meet stringent specifications and quality standards.

• Set up and operate CNC machines for the production of aerospace components.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to create CNC programs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and design teams to refine and enhance manufacturing processes.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Participate in team projects aimed at improving efficiency and productivity on the shop floor.

Job Requirements:

• 10-12 years of proven experience as a CNC Programmer or Operator in the aerospace sector.
• Proficient in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, Mastercam, etc.).
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials used in aeronautics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Willingness to work on-site in North Bengaluru, India.
