CNC Press Brake Operator

Job Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain

CNC Press Brake machines

to bend and form metal sheets as per drawings. Interpret

technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders

to determine machine settings and bending sequence. Perform

programming adjustments

in the machine to meet dimensional tolerances and quality requirements. Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify part dimensions. Select and install the correct

punches and dies

based on material and job type. Ensure

proper alignment and calibration

of tools before starting the operation. Maintain

quality control

by performing regular inspections and making necessary corrections. Adhere to

safety guidelines

and maintain a clean, organized work area. Assist in machine maintenance and report mechanical issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related field. Minimum

5-8 years of hands-on experience

operating CNC Press Brake Machines (e.g., Amada, Durma, LVD, or similar brands). Knowledge of

bending techniques, material properties

, and tooling setup. Ability to

read and interpret engineering drawings

accurately. Good understanding of

quality standards and safety practices
