Job Description

The CNC Pipe Bending Operator is responsible for independently operating, setting up, and maintaining CNC pipe bending machines (2-axis and 3-axis) for precise and consistent output. The operator will also coordinate cutting plans, maintain daily production reports, and ensure machine uptime with strict quality control and process discipline. Key Responsibilities Machine Operation & Setup Set up CNC pipe bending machines (2-axis and 3-axis) as per drawing and program requirements. Load and align pipes accurately to avoid deformation during bending. Adjust and control machine parameters (rotation, feed, and angle). Ensure correct tooling, mandrels, and dies are used for each job. Production Planning & Reporting Fill the Daily Production Report -- including job details, quantities produced, downtime, and remarks. Manage Cutting Machine Plans ,plan and track raw pipe cutting based on daily production targets. Ensure all cut pieces are labeled and mapped to corresponding bending jobs. Maintain proper coordination with stores and dispatch for material flow. Quality & Inspection Perform first-piece inspection and random checks throughout production.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
