Job Description

Set up CNC machines (mills, lathes, routers, or grinders) according to job specifications. Load raw materials, align tooling, and enter program offsets as required with CNC programming knowledge.

Should have 2+ years of experience as a CNC operator.

Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficient production. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or operational issues. Use precision measurement instruments such as calipers, micrometres, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify part dimensions. Maintain accurate production documentation and strictly adhere to all safety standards and procedures. Should be able to handle G code and M code operations.
