Operate and set up CNC machines for machining rubber molds, dies, and components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
Load raw materials, monitor machine operations, and ensure correct parameters are applied.
Measure and inspect finished parts using gauges, calipers, and other instruments.
Adjust tool offsets and machine settings to maintain accuracy and quality.
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines.
Record production data and report any issues or deviations to the supervisor.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and help reduce cycle times and wastage.
