Job Description

A CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components. They interpret technical drawings, program machine tools, and ensure the final products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, drilling, grinding)

- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and mechanical drawings

- Translate instructions into machine commands using G-code or CAM software

- Load raw materials and monitor machine operations

- Perform test runs and adjust settings for optimal output

- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools

- Maintain equipment and perform routine checks

- Document production activities and quality checks

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience with CNC machinery and tooling

- Ability to read technical documents and blueprints

- Basic understanding of programming (G-code, CAD/CAM)

- Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

- High school diploma or technical certification preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
