Job Title: CNC Operator

3 years to 5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines as per job requirements Read and interpret engineering drawings and CNC programs Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools Ensure components meet dimensional and quality specifications Maintain equipment and follow safety and maintenance protocols Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues Record production data and maintain job documentation

Requirements:

Proven experience operating VMC/CNC machines Ability to read technical drawings and use measurement tools (e.g., vernier, micrometer) Basic understanding of G-code and CNC program functions Strong attention to detail and quality Knowledge of safety practices in a machining environment Minimum [Insert Education Level - e.g., ITI/Diploma] in Mechanical or related field
