Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and skilled CNC Operator to operate CNC machines and produce precision components according to specifications. The candidate should have a good understanding of CNC machinery operations and be committed to maintaining production quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

:

Operate CNC machines (Lathe, Milling, VMC, etc.) as per instructions. Load raw materials and unload finished parts safely. Start and stop machines based on job orders and instructions. Monitor machine operations and report any malfunctions. Measure and inspect finished parts using basic instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.). Maintain machine cleanliness and perform basic maintenance. Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE. Record daily production data and report issues to the supervisor or setter.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

ITI or Diploma in Mechanical/Fitter/Machinist or equivalent. Basic knowledge of CNC machines and tools. Ability to read and follow job sheets or simple drawings. Experience in using measurement tools. Basic troubleshooting skills. Discipline, punctuality, and teamwork.

Preferred Skills

:

Experience with different types of CNC machines. Understanding of tool life and offset adjustments. Exposure to 5S, Kaizen, or other quality practices is a plus.
