We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts and components.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, or grinding Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning Inspect finished products for quality and precision Perform routine machine maintenance Handle materials using appropriate equipment Utilise CAD software for programming CNC machines

Requirements

Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of logic controllers Mechanical knowledge for machine setup and troubleshooting Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations Experience with materials handling in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of welding processes is advantageous
