Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines according to specifications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Setter/Operator. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of tooling, feeds, and speeds. Familiar with quality control procedures. Load raw materials and monitor machine operations. Adjust machine settings as needed for optimal output. Inspect finished components using measuring tools (e.g., vernier, micrometer, gauges). Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols. Ensure timely production and report any issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:

ITI, DME, or BE in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering. Experience in operating CNC machines preferred. Strong attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend:

Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 per month. Attendance Bonus: Rs 1,000 per month. Double Machine Incentives: Rs 2,000 per month. Four Machine Incentives: Rs 4,000 per month.
