Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC as applicable). Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets. Load raw material, adjust machine parameters, and monitor machine operations. Perform tool offset, basic programming adjustments, and tool changes when required. Inspect components using measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, etc. Maintain required quality standards and record in-process inspection reports. Identify and report deviations or machine issues to the supervisor. Perform daily machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance. Follow all safety rules and maintain 5S in the work area. Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist Trade.

Experience:

1 years (Fresher with technical knowledge can also be considered).

Technical Skills:

Basic CNC programming knowledge (Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi controllers). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of cutting tools and measurement instruments

Pay: ₹11,495.15 - ₹17,500.00 per month
