Job Title: Conventional Lathe Operator - Millers or Turners (m/f/d)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Conventional Lathe Operator (m/f/d) - Miller & Turner to join our company. This position involves the independent operation of conventional lathes to manufacture high-quality, complex parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual machining and a strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances. Operations include cleanroom production, and the company is actively involved in the microchip manufacturing supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

? Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components

? Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances

? Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts

? Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process
? Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area
? Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements

Candidate Profile:

? Completed vocational training in metalworking (e.g., turning technician, precision mechanic, or similar)
? Sound experience in operating conventional turning machines
? Ability to read and work from technical drawings with precision
? Familiarity with quality control methods and measuring tools
? Independent, precise, and reliable work ethic
