CNC Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision machining and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC turning and milling machines as per job requirements Interpret engineering drawings and set up machines accordingly Load and unload workpieces, adjust tools, and monitor machining operations Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures (SOPs) Conduct routine maintenance and report any machine malfunctions Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Key Skills & Requirements:

2 years of hands-on CNC machine operating experience Knowledge of G-code, M-code, and CNC program reading Familiarity with measuring instruments and machining tolerances Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field

Preferred Industry:

Precision machining / Automotive / Engineering manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
