Job Description

Responsible for/ authorized to:

a) Understand the PCR and engineering drawing requirements before proceeding to perform the machining.

b) Have good knowledge of tooling and ensure the CNC machine is set up effectively before operating it.

c) In the event when there is a NCR, he must report to Asst. Production Manager & Workshop Foreman-Machinist immediately.

d) Each process of the machining must be carried out with care and sign out with labor hours accordingly.

e) He must top up oils, coolant and carry out daily maintenance of its machine according to the checklist.

f) The work area including machine and work bench must be maintained orderly and clean at all times.

g) Identify opportunities for continuous improvement on tooling and processes.

h) Perform other assignments and duties as required.

i) Ensure that operations within his area of responsibility are in accordance with the QHSE policy and objectives.

j) Follow safe work practices and procedures.

k) Understand and aware of the impact of their activities on the environment.

l) Ensure QHSE policies and procedures are followed at all times.

m) Perform other assignments and duties as required.

n) Perform Cold Roll (Special Process) on required parts.

Accountability

a) Meet production Schedule.

b) Ensure the day to day operations is smooth and efficient.

c) Ensure full compliance of the product quality.

d) Minimize unnecessary rework and scrap.

e) Ensure the working environment is neat, tidy and safe at all time.

f) Report all unsafe acts and environment to their foreman.

Skills

- Performing machining turning & Boring

- Performance of daily Preventive Maintenance

- Performing threading. (Threading Personnel)

- Performing cold rolling. (Cold rolling personnel)

- Performing own Production Process Inspection

- Preparing the CNC programing (CNC machinist)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
