Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator with strong hands-on expertise in CNC Vertical Milling machine operations, particularly Makino machines. The candidate should be capable of machine handling, offset adjustments, and basic preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC Vertical Milling machines efficiently Handle Makino CNC machines Perform machine offset setting and program adjustments Carry out basic preventive maintenance activities Handle production equipment safely Identify and resolve machining issues Ensure quality output as per production standards Follow safety and quality compliance procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in Machine Handling Knowledge of Fanuc & Makino controllers Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics or BE in Mechanical / Mechatronics or relevant field preferred
