Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC operator to operate 3-axis CNC milling machines.

Job responsibilities:

? Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and routers, to fabricate parts and components according to specifications.

? Perform regular maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and lubricating, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

? Document production data, such as machine settings, production quantities, and quality control results.

? Follow safety procedures, including the use of protective equipment and the proper handling of hazardous materials. Qualifications:

? ITI /Diploma Pass Out & 2-3 yrs of Work experience or apprenticeship completed

? Candidate should have good knowledge of drawings, reading, GD &T concept.

Required Skill:

? Strong background in programming complex 3 Axis details in hard and soft metals.

? Experience of working multiple machines like VMC, Turn mill Turning Centre.

? Experience in CNC Milling is desirable. At least 2 - 3 years' experience of CNC Machine 3 Axis offline programming

? Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment and practices.

? Self-inspection of parts produced, resolving Non-Conformance (NCR) issues.

? Requires time served on programming / setting operating Multi Axis CNC lathes.

? Experienced use of standard measuring systems and methodologies.

? Knowledge on different type of metals used on aircraft. ? Knowledge on AS9100D and Quality standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
