Education: ITI/Diploma in Carpentry, Woodworking, or related field (preferred)

CTC: 30,000 - 35,000 per month

Operate CNC machines for cutting, drilling, shaping, and assembling components for office furniture. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to ensure precise machining Perform machine setup, tool changes, and quality checks during production. Monitor machine operation to detect and resolve issues promptly. Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of CNC machines.
Production Management:

Plan, schedule, and oversee daily production activities to meet order deadlines. Allocate resources (manpower, materials, machinery) efficiently to maximize output. Monitor production KPIs such as output, efficiency, downtime, and reject rate. Implement lean manufacturing practices to minimize waste and improve processes. Maintain accurate records of production output, quality checks, and inventory levels. Coordinate closely with design, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless production flow.
