Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality wooden furniture components and interior elements as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC machines (router, lathe, panel saw, etc.) for cutting, shaping, and drilling wood and panel materials. Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files provided by the design team. Ensure precise production of customized components for modular furniture, cabinetry, wall panels, etc. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and accuracy. Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment. Inspect finished parts for quality assurance and adherence to dimensions and finish standards. Collaborate with the production and design teams to optimize material use and minimize waste. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with safety standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

CNC Operator

in a woodworking or furniture manufacturing environment

(1-3 years preferred).

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Woodworking, or a related field. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and CNC programming (G-code knowledge is a plus). Familiarity with materials like MDF, plywood, laminate, veneer, and hardwood. Attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and commitment to product quality. Basic understanding of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage. Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setup and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
