Position: CNC Operator Location: Howrah Work Experience Required:- 3 years Minimum Preferred in Foundry Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Set up and load raw materials into the CNC machines, ensuring proper calibration and alignment. Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute machining operations. Monitor machine performance, conduct routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and production targets. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tool changes, and production runs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a foundry or manufacturing environment. Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and programming. Familiarity with precision measurement tools. Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues.
