Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our growing team in an interior modular furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating HOMAG CNC machines, with a strong understanding of woodworking processes, modular systems, and precision manufacturing standards. Proficiency in

WoodWOP software

is essential for programming and optimizing machining processes. This role is key to ensuring the accurate and efficient production of modular furniture components and customized interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, program, and operate HOMAG CNC machines to produce high-quality furniture and modular interior components. Use

WoodWOP software

to create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for efficient production. Interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and production documentation to ensure accurate machining. Perform regular machine maintenance, cleaning, and calibration to maintain optimal performance. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and productivity. Conduct quality checks on finished parts using measuring tools to confirm adherence to specifications. Collaborate with the design, production, and assembly teams to optimize workflow and output. Ensure safe operation of machinery and adherence to all health and safety protocols. Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with maintenance when necessary. Maintain organized records of machine settings, part programs, and production logs.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating HOMAG CNC machines in a modular furniture or wood-based manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of

WoodWOP software

for CNC programming and workflow optimization. Strong understanding of woodworking materials (plywood, MDF, laminate, etc.). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and CNC programs. Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and efficiency. Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures for CNC machinery. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative production team. Physically fit and capable of handling materials and standing for extended periods.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
