Job Description

Key Responsibilities of a CNC & VMC Operator:

Machine Setup and Operation:

Setting up CNC / VMCmachines, including loading materials, selecting appropriate tools, and calibrating equipment according to specifications.

Monitoring and Adjusting:

Overseeing the machine operation, making necessary adjustments to ensure proper cutting, shaping, or drilling of materials.

Quality Control:

Inspecting finished parts to verify they meet the required dimensions and tolerances, using measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and minor repairs, as well as troubleshooting issues that may arise during operation.

Safety Compliance:

Following all safety procedures and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality control checks.

Education:

ITI in CNC or VMC
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?9,252.35 - ?27,061.20 per month
