Job Description

The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components as per specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines (lathe, milling, turning, etc.) to produce parts according to technical drawings and specifications. Set up machines by loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials. Perform machine offsets, tool changes, and adjustments as required. Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards. Conduct basic measurements using gauges, micrometers, and calipers. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines. Record daily production data and report issues to supervisors. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a CNC Operator (Fresher with training can be considered). Knowledge of CNC programming basics will be an added advantage.
