Your Company Name] is a leading manufacturer in the furniture industry, specializing in high-quality, precision-crafted products. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC woodworking machines (e.g., router, drilling, milling) for furniture manufacturing. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce accurate components. Set up machines with appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials as per production requirements. Ensure parts meet quality standards by performing measurements and inspections. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine or tooling issues to minimize downtime. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC machines. Maintain accurate production and quality control records. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating CNC machines in woodworking or furniture manufacturing industry. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints. Basic knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar) is preferred. Strong attention to detail, precision, and quality control. Physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of safety practices in woodworking operations.

Education & Experience:

ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Carpentry, Wood Technology, or related field preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Salary:

As per industry standards and experience.
