Develop, optimize, and implement Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) programs for CNC machines involved in graphite part production.
Translate 3D models and technical drawings into CNC machining instructions using CAM software (PowerMill, Fusion 360 and AutoCAD).
Create precise toolpaths and optimize machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste.
Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining graphite components based on material properties and part geometry.
