Job Description

:

1. Machine Setup & Operation

Set up and operate CNC machines (laser, plasma, milling, turning, etc.) as per job requirements.
2. Program Interpretation

Read and interpret technical drawings, CAD files, and CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
3. Tool Handling & Adjustment

Select and install appropriate tools, adjust tool offsets and cutting speeds.
4. Material Handling

Load/unload raw material and finished components safely and efficiently.
5. Precision & Quality Check

Measure dimensions using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges to ensure tolerances.
6. Routine Maintenance

Perform daily checks, cleaning, oiling, and report machine malfunctions to maintenance.
7. Production Documentation

Maintain job cards, inspection reports, and daily production logs.
8. Safety Compliance

Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE while working on machines.
9. Collaboration

Coordinate with supervisors, QC inspectors, and other team members for smooth operations.
10. Continuous Improvement

Suggest process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce rework.

Job Specification :

ITI

Experience- 2-5 Years in Fabrication Sector.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
