Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC machines for aluminium profiles used in windows, doors, pergolas, and architectural products. The ideal candidate should ensure accurate cutting, drilling, and machining as per drawings and production plans.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines for aluminium cutting, routing, drilling, and milling. Read and understand technical drawings and job cards. Set up machines, tools, and materials as per job requirements. Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish of components. Perform basic machine maintenance and daily checks. Identify defects and report issues to the supervisor. Maintain production records and follow safety standards. Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow.
Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, or related field preferred. Experience in CNC operation (aluminium or metal fabrication preferred). Basic knowledge of G-code, tooling, and machine setup. Ability to read drawings and use measuring tools (vernier, caliper, scale). Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to work in shifts if required.
