We are seeking skilled

CNC Milling & Turning Operators

with 2-4 years of hands-on experience for our precision engineering/manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in operating and setting CNC machines, understanding technical drawings, and maintaining production quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC Milling or Turning machines Set tools and offsets as per job specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Conduct routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting Measure and inspect components using precision instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.) Ensure quality output and follow daily production schedules Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant experience in CNC Milling and/or Turning Hands-on experience with setting up and operating CNC machines Ability to read technical drawings and job specifications Knowledge of different types of materials (aluminum, steel, etc.) Willing to work in shifts Must be dependable and team-oriented
