Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

CNC Milling & Turning Operator

who can handle machine setup, programming, and production activities independently. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of measurement instruments, CNC programming (G-code & M-code), troubleshooting skills, and experience with precision machining in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC Milling and Turning machines with independent setting and programming capability. Strong knowledge in measurement instrument handling and inspection techniques. Ability to create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using

G-code & M-code

. Read, interpret, and understand

technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models

. Select and load appropriate cutting tools and fixtures as per job requirements. Monitor machining operations and troubleshoot issues during production. Perform

quality inspections

on machined parts during and after manufacturing. Maintain cleanliness and routine upkeep of machines and equipment. Work on productivity improvement and cycle time reduction initiatives. Apply

problem-solving methodologies (7 QC tools / 8D)

to minimize defects.

Qualification & Requirements

High School / Diploma / ITI / NTTF - preferred if certified in machining / CNC programming. Minimum

2+ years of experience

as a CNC milling or turning machine setter & programmer. Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code, M-code) and familiarity with

CAD/CAM software

. Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling selection, and materials. Ability to accurately measure machined parts using: Vernier caliper Micrometer Height gauge Bore gauge & other precision instruments
