Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce precision parts as per engineering drawings and specifications. Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories for each job. Program CNC machines using G-code or CAM software. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure product quality. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC milling machines. Perform quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring instruments. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skill Required

Proficient in setting up and operating CNC milling machines. Strong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Knowledge of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds for various materials. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues. Precision and attention to detail in inspecting finished parts. Basic maintenance skills for CNC machines.
