Operate CNC milling machines safely and efficiently.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
Set up workpieces, tooling, and fixtures based on job requirements.
Perform basic program edits and adjustments.
Conduct first article inspection and in-process inspections using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
Monitor machine operation for irregularities and perform corrective actions as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Follow all safety regulations and company protocols.
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred.
Minimum
1-5 years of experience in
4-axis, 5-axis operations.
Strong understanding of CNC machine operation, G-code, and M-code.
Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Good mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control procedures.
