Job Description

Independently Program ,set up and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards

Education :

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical

Experience :

3 -4 Years of hands on experience in CNC turning and programming

Specialties :

Experience in working with high precision aerospace and defence components

Capable of offline or on-machine programming using G-Code and M-Code

Essential Skills :

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Strong programming skills in G-Code and M-Code

Ability to read and understand engineering and technical drawings

Knowledge of measuring instruments (Micrometer ,Vernier, height gauge etc)

Key Responsibilities :

Operate machines and set up CNC turning machines including tools , work holding and offsets

Write and optimize CNC turning programs for efficient and accurate machining

Inspect parts using precision measuring tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
