Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled

CNC Milling Setter cum Operator

to set up and operate

3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling machines

equipped with

Siemens, Mitsubishi, and HEIDENHAIN controllers.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in precision machining, tool setting, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality production while maintaining efficiency and safety standards.

Requirements

Set up CNC milling machines (3, 4, and 5-axis) as per job specifications and engineering drawings Interpret technical drawings, CAD/CAM files, and G-code programming. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, CNC Machining, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years of experience

in CNC milling operations, specifically with 3, 4, and 5-axis machines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
