Position: CNC Maintenance Technician Location: Howrah Work Experience Required:- Minimum 3 years as CNC Maintenance Technician Preferred from Foundry Industry Key Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement proactive maintenance measures. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of CNC equipment. Collaborate with the production team to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules. Document maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and adjustments. Source and procure spare parts for CNC machines as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in CNC maintenance. Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician in a foundry or manufacturing setting. In-depth knowledge of CNC machine operations, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
