We are looking for CNC Maintenance Technicians / Engineers

(Electrical / Mechanical)

for Tamil Nadu location.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation) with 3-9 Years with Maintenance. Experience in equipment maintenance, maintenance engineering, and maintenance & repair Knowledge of preventive maintenance techniques

Job Details -

Attending Breakdown in FRD (Fanuc Robo Drill), Fanuc Robots, Conveyor, Grinding, Face Milling, Drilling, Fine Boring, Honing, Induction Hardening machines, SIEMENS & MITSUBISHI PLC &DRIVE Experience in preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and condition based maintenance. Daily updation of log book & History cards for equipment. Knowledge in safety Procedures like LOTO system. Basic knowledge on Hydraulics & Pneumatics system. Hand-on experience on replacement of Ball screws, Bearings, LM guide on

VMC, HMC and turning center.

Basic knowledge about spindle condition monitoring system. Basic understanding of the mechanical drawing of assembly
