Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor CNC machine to produce quality parts. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on the machine as per production requirements. Perform dimensional inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Ensure parts meet specified tolerances and surface finishes. Maintain machines by performing routine preventive maintenance and cleaning. Identify and troubleshoot machining problems to minimize downtime. Report any deviations, tool wear, or machine issues to the supervisor. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area. Record production data and complete job cards as required.

Qualification & Experience:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering.

Skills Required:

Good understanding of machining processes and cutting tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Hands-on experience in measuring instruments. Basic knowledge of G-code and M-code (preferred). Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Teamwork and time management skills.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based work may be required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
